We are honored and pleased to present this opportunity to fund and join in the stewardship of our ongoing work to bring unity consciousness into full expression on the planet. We are a Global Council of 8 individuals, co-authoring a 600 page life reference book called The Oneness Code, which will shift the collective consciousness from “me” to “we” thinking. Its purpose is to fully awaken human potential, individually and collectively.

We are on the threshold of transitioning from co-dependent, fear-based relationships and systems to healthy independence and autonomy, and beyond that to functional interdependence within love-based and unified relationships and communities. The book outlines how our current paradigms of education, law, government, business, health care, sports and monetary systems (to name a few) are steeped in a win-lose mentality that perpetuates imbalance and inequality.
Our win-lose systems separate winners from losers, ensuring that some will triumph while others inevitably fail. In response to the adversarial attitude of “me versus you”, some have tried to build greater trust and mutual gain through a win-win approach pioneered thirty years ago. Win-win is still premised on winning, however, and is simply a “me and me” methodology based on more enlightened self-interest. It cannot establish the level of mutual trust, authenticity, and commonality necessary to bring forth a wisdom society in which everyone is seen, valued and empowered to contribute their unique gifts. We believe that there is an increasing consciousness of the value of oneness dawning at this time.
The promise of our return to oneness and holographic consciousness is that all borders and enforced separation between people, and between beings and their environment will fall. We will no longer take sides and battle over who will win or who is right. We will look at situations together and generate co-creative possibilities that enable us to love one another and live our highest expression of our truths and ideals.

Oneness is infinite and calls us to our unlimited potential.

A unified field is a magnified field of trust. One/One embodies this cohesive trust, in ourselves, in each other, in our Divinity, and in Source. Oneness already exists as the source of the uniqueness in each “one” of us. The core message of One/One is that we are all One and, simultaneously, we are uniquely distinct ones. Living according to this universal law will enable us to live in harmony with ourselves and our planet. We will leave behind the separation-based paradigm of ownership to fully embrace our collective role of planetary stewardship.

The past 6-7 weeks has been....well, intense.

All kinds of planets are aligning, crossing, conjuncting and just generally going nuts. At the same time, the sun and the moon both eclipsed, which can wreak a nice havoc all on its own without the help of planets gone nuts. And as if that wasn't enough now we have a couple of Mayan calendar events coming up. All of it pointing to change and more change and more change.

So why is it, with all the profound agents of change happening in the cosmos, that many of us still feel like we are in a holding pattern?...still waiting for our new lives to begin?

Now, as many of you know, I'm ALL about the journey, but at this point there are a lot of weary travelers out there, myself included, and we are ready to get the show on the road.

The other night I was attending a party at a dear friend's house and there were some archangel oracle cards left spread out on the table. The one card that was face up was "Patience". As I put that card back in the deck and began to shuffle I felt pity on the poor sod who had drawn that card. I spread the cards out again carefully picking the one for me. Do I even need to say which card I picked??

That's right..."Patience". God, I hate it when that happens. I think I even growled a little when I read the explanation with the card that said "Enjoy every moment of the journey". It's such utter perfection when life hands you back your own teachings, isn't it?

And so my fellow travelers, I guess we may as well take a pee break because we are not quite there yet. How much longer must we hang in this perceived holding pattern? Until we are no longer perceiving we are in it, I guess.

I've just returned from a rather magical and quite inspiring journey to Aotearoa, also known as New Zealand. Here is my report - the new world has arrived and down under seems to be leading the way for us all.

How about a vegan cafe located in the high-end section of downtown Auckland based on gift economy? Goes something like this -
Customer expects to see prices but doesn't so asks "How much is it?" Smiling staff member replies "However much you feel is appropriate. You are free to give from your heart an amount which you feel will be a balanced exchange for the nourishment you receive" Customer is then suddenly taken out of comfort zone and catapulted into an entirely new way of being and interacting. If you find yourself in New Market, Auckland, check out the Wise Cicada Cafe....and give my love to the crew!

Or how about "transition towns" and government-supported green energy initiatives?

How about the co-creative model and Unity in Diversity? - now absolutely nothing inspires me more than that!

Being in co-creative partnership with others who are involved in bringing forth this brave new world is what is floating my boat these days. Daring to go beyond the limits of imagination is only one part of the equation. It's time to dare to actually do it.

Dream big. Do bigger. That just came to me in the middle of the night last night.

Oh, and, by the way, I've discovered that both laughter and singing are a huge part of the new world unfoldment.

Aloha and Welcome, Dear Ones!

Those of you who visit my site regularly will see that it's had a wee makeover.....aaagain!

Oh, will this evolving ever stop?!?! Haha, of course not...I can barely keep up with myself these days and I'm discovering that the more one evolves, the faster the rate of evolution you enter in to. It's a spiral ride that just gets more and more intense as you go, and dramamine does NOT help!

It has taken me almost 10 years to get to the place where I am willing to actually use my own name for the domain name of my website. Imagine that!!!! Funny, isn't it?
Somehow, in my very silly mind, I thought that lawsofhealing.com (previous name for my site) was offering me some kind of protection...that I didn't have to expose myself fully and instead could just conveniently hide behind the body of knowledge I had brought through. Yes, I am a silly, silly one. I really do crack myself up sometimes!

Sooooo....after 10 years I am finally coming out of my safe little closet, embracing risk and putting myself way out there. The new domain name of LaraAShah.com is a symbol of this shift in heart.

So this month I look forward to some time in New Zealand again (14th May to 2nd June), sharing my "mana" and reconnecting with beloveds down under.

Then next month, I'll be having fun with my re-birthed Global Radio Show.

This might be a very controversial thing to say (and if it is – GOOD! I love being controversial) but people seem to be so hung up on the need to change and heal everything….we need to heal ourselves and then we need to heal each other and then we need to heal the planet…..as if everything is wrong and sick and nothing is right and perfect just as it is.
To think this way is, to me, implying that we are not divine perfection just as we are…. that the planet is not divine perfection just as it is. I, personally, am one who believes that All That Is is perfect just as it IS, all the time.
This is absolutely crucial to understand– if you want something to change, you must first accept it exactly as it is NOW. If you want to change yourself or your life, you must first accept, with your whole being, yourself and your life exactly as it is in this moment…only then will you ALLOW change and healing to occur. The reason for this is an energetic one. Change follows acceptance because acceptance allows energy to flow freely. Non acceptance stops the free flow of energy. Change requires a lot of free flowing energy, so we are talking about simple quantum physics here.

So, I am hung up on ACCEPTANCE of what is, because I love change.
